1) Presented instruction sessions via zoom and in-person, 2) created research guides and instructional videos, 3) built a multi-faceted business information literacy tutorial covering various aspects of resource discovery and evaluation, 4) designed the faculty portal for the Asynchronous Library Information Literacy program, 5) interacted with a diverse group of students with inquiries in-person and on chat, and 6) assisted with the open education program by creating resource attributions and discovering new materials.
